PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED:

 The transaction will be securely administered by Escrow.com (http://www.escrow.com).  This is for the protection of both Buyer and Seller.  Buyer and Seller will split any escrow fee 50/50.

 Funds need to be transferred to the Escrow Company within 3 business days from the end of the auction.  Otherwise the sale is void and the winner will be reported to eBay for non-payment.

THE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP:

 I must be notified by the Escrow Company that funds are available before transfer is made.
