The newest X-Flow XEON Generation cools the latest Server CPUs to the maximum without creating additional noise disturbances. Because of the low height of only 18mm (without the fittings) the X-Flow can be also used in Rack-Systems with outstanding reliability and awesome cooling power!
The X-Flow XEON CPU water cooler is planned specially for Intel XEON CPU´s (socket 603/604/771) and makes water cooling in the server possible. It has a 89x60mm large base, and the massive 10mm thick nickel plated copper base is extremely flat which gives it optimal contact with the CPU. Also the internal flow design offers effective utilization of the coolant by using Innovatek's proven "X flow" pattern. The full metal housing is absolutely rustproof and shatterproof.
Ships with 8mm inside/10mm (3/8") outside diameter compression fittings to fit all innovatek water cooling components. The cooler is secured to the motherboard socket with a 4-hole bolt attachment system (included). The four nylon bolts screw onto compatible motherboards for secure, simple and quick installation.
