new Reseller
Ratings survey for us, this will increase the odds of you
being selected.

- Every customer is presented
with Reseller Ratings exit survey after their order is
placed and they have established themselves as a customer
of highspeedpc.com. You are encouraged to complete
this survey honestly and fairly.

note: If you have an issue, question or problem
please email us for quick resolution before posting
comments on ResellerRatings.com. We ALWAYS help our
customers to their satisfaction, but we can't help if we don't know about it!

- Your order number is
required when completing the survey. We will compile
a list of all entries and email the winner based on
contact info from his/her customer records.

- Winner has 30 days to
respond. After 30 days a new winner will be randomly
selected.

Can I hold a contest or offer discounts to encourage my customers
to submit reviews to ResellerRatings.com?
A: Although we encourage all
merchants to use our exit-survey program to solicit reviews from
your customers at the point of sale, we do allow merchants to
solicit reviews in exchange for contests or other incentives as
long as the merchant does not specifically solicit positive or
good reviews, and does not require positive or good reviews in
order for the customer to qualify for the merchant's incentive.
The merchant must also only solicit reviews from existing
customers, not prospective buyers. Merchants that violate this
rule will have a note posted to their reviews page explaining the
details of the disallowed solicitation and any reviews submitted
in connection with a disallowed solicitation will be promptly
removed.
