This special blend of Neoprene,
EPDM, and SBR foam rubber creates a resilient,
weather and abrasion-resistant, fire retardant foam rubber.
It will also extinguish itself once a flame source is removed,
making it good for many electrical applications.
The material has a fine cell textured finish and does not have a skin (soft to the touch).
